Rooms are spacious, with kitchen utensils. Located near TGV station, easy for travel. Air conditioning kept the room comfortable.

Good. Very close to the train station by 10mins walking distance. Nice cooking facilities, free internet, spacious room and very friendly and useful staffs. Will stay there again if travel to Avignon again.

we didn't have time, so we also would consider staying here again. very pleasant and pleasant staff and the place was exceptionally clean. thoroughly enjoyed the good breakfast. the room was extremely spacious with good beds as requested. location: the hotel was near to train station and car hire, the nearby supermarket, and the nearest grocery store. plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette, and I appreciated its proximity to the TGV station, only a short walk away.

friendly, helpful staff, nice apartment with good fittings. Cheap Laundy facilities on-site. Good transport and quiet setting.

The hotel was new, front desk staff was helpful, (decent English also) and it was a good value for the money. Breakfast was good and appropriate for this type of hotel. The rooms had refrigerators and microwaves.

We should have been informed of the door locking procedure in the event of an emergency. Did not know there was a release on the door to open it from the inside later in the evening. Also would be better to have minimal staff at night to take care of after hours problems.

Air conditioning malfunction made the room unbearable!!! The noise from the air vent was a nightmare during the night. Plenty of dust on the kitchen shelf was an unexpected detail. A lack of visible wifi password and inability to contact staff.

very nice hotel, clean and with excellent facilities, and couples of minutes from the train station, and a bus stop in front of the hotel to the town centre, I would definitely choose this hotel again, strongly recommend!

Location is ok, just off the ring road.

Staff very unfriendly:Told them that I cannot find internet cable, but they refused to give me new one and just repeatedly tell me it "Must Be in the room" Room interior is the worst of the 8 hotels we stayed during our trip.

This was just an optimal selection for a weekend adventure in Avignon with great value. The phone charging stations in the common area were a nice touch. If you're using public transport, plan your connections carefully.

The room is big and nice, worth for money

The reception staff is very so so, only give simple answer to ur quesion. Not proactive and very helpful. I asked them where is xxx, they say it is in the city center. Of course I know it is in the city center. I asked where is it on the map, try are not patient.

The studio was surprisingly spacious with a kitchenette for cooking, and the central air kept things comfortable. Watching the sunrise was a highlight!

A wide range of options for satisfactory breakfast. Location close enough to the main tourist strip as well as the town centre. For tea or coffee visit Starbucks nearby👌👍

The hotel is near tgv station, which means, it is very far away from city center. The rate is not fair enough, but the service is satisfying.
